मा. मुख्यमंत्री उत्तराखंड श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा आज प्रदेश में 06 नए थाने और 20 चौकियों का वर्चुअल माध्यम से शुभारंभ किया गया, जिनमें जनपद टिहरी के 01 थाना और 03 पुलिस चौकियां शामिल हैं।
, Chief Minister Uttarakhand Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami today inaugurated 06 new police stations and 20 outposts in the state through virtual medium, including 01 police station and 03 police outposts in district Tehri.
जनपद से जिलाधिकारी और वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक नवनीत सिंह भुल्लर सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी नए पुलिस थाना छाम कंडीसौड से इस कार्यक्रम में जुड़े रहे। जनपद टिहरी के 01 थाना और 03 पुलिस चौकियों का शुभारंभ किया गया, जिनमें पुलिस थाना छाम, पुलिस चौकी कांडीखाल, चमियाला तथा गजा शामिल है।
District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police Navneet Singh Bhullar and other concerned officers from the new police station Chham Kandisaud were associated in this program. 01 police station and 03 police posts of district Tehri were inaugurated, including police station Chham, police post Kandikhal, Chamiala and Gaja.
मा. मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार विकास कार्यों के प्रति संकल्पबद्ध एवं वचनबद्ध है और चरणबद्ध तरीके से आगे बढ़ रही है। कहा कि पुलिस विभाग राज्य का एक दर्पण होता है। उन्होंने सभी से अपेक्षा की सरकार की मंशा के अनुरूप अपराध को खत्म कर जीरो टॉलरेन्स की नीति को सफल बनाना, सुशासन और सेवा के प्रति प्राथमिकता है। कहा कि पुलिस के प्रति अपराधियों में डर और आम नागरिक का मित्र पुलिस जैसा विश्वास बना रहे। कहा कई जगह पुलिस को स्वयं तुरंत निर्णय लेने पड़ते हैं, निर्णय न्यायपूर्ण और जनपक्ष के आधार पर हो तथा कानून व्यवस्था बनी रहे। कहा कि उत्तराखंड पुलिस अच्छा काम कर रही है, विकास अनवरत प्रकिर्या है, अभी सुधार की भी आवश्कता है। पुलिस को अपनी फिटनेस पर ध्यान देना होगा। अपवाहों के मामलों में भी सख्त होना होगा। कहा कि आजादी के बाद पहली बार कोरोना काल में लोगों का पुलिस के प्रति नजरिया बदला है। महिलाएं निडर होकर आ-जा सके, जनता के बीच ऐसी छबि बनाएं। कहा कि उत्तराखंड का 2025 तक का संकल्प ड्रग्स फ्री उत्तराखंड को लेकर काम करें। नियमित कार्यों के अलावा भी विभागीय लीडर के रूप में कुछ अच्छा कार्य करें।
, The Chief Minister said that the state government is determined and committed towards development works and is moving forward in a phased manner. Said that the police department is a mirror of the state. He expected everyone to eliminate crime as per the intention of the government and make the policy of zero tolerance successful, good governance and service is the priority. Said that there should be fear among the criminals towards the police and the common citizen's friend like the police. It is said that in many places the police themselves have to take immediate decisions, the decisions should be just and on the basis of public interest and law and order should be maintained. Said that the Uttarakhand Police is doing a good job, development is a continuous process, there is still a need for improvement. The police have to pay attention to their fitness. There will have to be strictness in matters of runoff as well. Said that for the first time after independence, people's attitude towards the police has changed during the Corona period. Create such an image among the public that women can move fearlessly. Said that Uttarakhand's resolution till 2025 should work on drug free Uttarakhand. Do some good work as a departmental leader in addition to regular work.

**जनता दरबार कार्यक्रम कल कलेक्ट्रेट के कार्यालय कक्ष में आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें 26 शिकायतें/अनुरोध पत्र दर्ज किये गए।**
Janata Darbar program was organized yesterday in the office room of Collectorate, in which 26 complaints/request letters were registered.**
जनता दरबार में प्राप्त शिकायतों/अनुरोध पत्रों के माध्यम से जनता की समस्याएं सुनकर प्रकरणों के निस्तारण हेतु समयसीमा निर्धारित करते हुये सबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये गये। जनता दरबार में क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य जानपुर गजेन्द्र रमोला ने अपनी शिकायत में ग्राम सेन्दूल में शमशान घाट व पैदल मार्ग की स्वीकृति प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया, जिस पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी को कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिये। संतोष सिंह रावत ग्राम चल्ली बागी सारजूला ने बागी में जेसीबी मशीन के द्वारा की जा रही खुदाई से उनके भवनों को हो रहे खतरे से बचाने का अनुरोध किया, प्रकरण के निस्तारण हेतु उपजिलाधिकारी टिहरी को एक सप्ताह के अंदर मामले का निस्तारणा करने के निर्देश दिये गए। ग्राम पिपली के पूर्ण सिंह की शिकायत है कि उनको अभी तक दुकान के बदले दुकान आंवटित नहीं हो पाई है, जिस पर पुनर्वास विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियन्ता को मामले में कार्रवाही करने के निर्देश दिये गए।
Necessary directions were given to the concerned officers while setting a time limit for redressal of the cases after listening to the problems of the public through the complaints/request letters received in the Janata Darbar. In Janata Darbar, Area Panchayat member Janpur Gajendra Ramola, in his complaint, requested for approval of crematorium and pedestrian path in village Sendul, on which the Chief Development Officer was instructed to take action. Santosh Singh Rawat village Challi Bagi Sarjula requested to save their buildings from danger due to the excavation being done by JCB machine in Bagi, for disposal of the case Tehri was instructed to dispose of the case within a week . Purna Singh of village Pipli complained that he has not yet been allotted a shop in exchange for the shop, on which instructions were given to the Superintending Engineer of the Rehabilitation Department to take action in the matter.
पुष्पा चौहान ग्राम जयकोट की शिकायत है कि मोलधार नई टिहरी 4 डी के भूखण्ड-30 के पीछे सरकारी भूमि को पात्र विस्थापित को आंवटित किया जाय, जिससे इस भूमि पर अवैध कब्जा न हो सके, इस पर अधीक्षण अभियन्ता पुनर्वास को तुरन्त संज्ञान लेने के आदेश दिये गये। ग्राम बुडोगी की बिनीता ने पति की मृत्यु के बाद परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति खराब होने के कारण बच्चो की पढाई- लिखाई एवं भरण पोषण हेतु मदद का अनुरोध किया गया, इस मामले में पारिवारिक अनुदान दिए जाने हेतु समाज कल्याण अधिकारी को तथा विधवा पेंशन एवं नंदागौरा योजना में पात्रता के अनुरूप एक सप्ताह के अंदर करवाई करने हेतु डीपीओ को निर्देशित किया गया। मझगांव पट्टी सकलाना के किशोरी लाल व संजय सिंह कण्डारी ने ग्रामीणों के भवनों के उपर से विद्युत तारों की लाईन बिछाने व ग्रामीणों के घरों को हो रहे खतरे के सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराते हुए समाधान करने का अनुरोध किया गया, जिस पर विद्युत विभाग के अधिशासी अभियन्ता को मामले में कार्रवाही करने के निर्देश दिये गये है ।

जनता दरबार कार्यक्रम में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी मनीष कुमार, अपर जिलाधिकारी रामजी शरण शर्मा, डीडीओ सुनील कुमार, एसडीएम टिहरी अपूर्वा सिंह सहित जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
District level officers including Chief Development Officer Manish Kumar, Additional District Magistrate Ramji Sharan Sharma, DDO Sunil Kumar, SDM Tehri Apoorva Singh were present in the Janata Darbar programme.
